Welcome to the Saint Theresa Catholic School Spirit Store, powered by The Retail Method. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before placing your order.

Pre-Order Terms
All merchandise is offered through a pre-order process and is custom produced based on orders received. Production will begin after the pre-order period closes. Production timelines may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and peak production periods.

Order Pickup
All orders will be delivered to Saint Theresa Catholic School for pickup. Once orders are ready, the school will provide additional information regarding pickup dates, times, and location.

Final Sale Policy
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of the merchandise, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for sizing, style preferences, or customer ordering errors.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@theretailmethod.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Please include your full name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo(s) of the item. We will review qualifying issues and work to resolve them on a case-by-case basis.

Order Accuracy
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct products, sizes, colors, and personalization, if applicable. Once an order has been submitted, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time the order is placed. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Product Availability
While every effort is made to fulfill all orders as placed, merchandise may occasionally become unavailable due to circumstances outside of our control. If an ordered item cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you regarding an appropriate resolution.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Retail Method is not responsible for delays or other circumstances outside of its reasonable control, including vendor delays, product availability, production delays, or school pickup schedules.
